I'm 6"2. 400lbs and have about a 60" chest. Or 6XL shirt size.
I've heard that Targ is the way to go but even then it seem to me that it would still look and feel small.
Any suggestions?
Maybe pics from other BIG pilots and their kits?
Thanks!

Hey mate. Targ makes the bigger back plate so on bigger guys its the best option. Just check his wait times prior to ordering. Generally there is no issues with the sizes of the front armor piece as it tends not to vary as much from maker to maker.
I have a WTF OT TIE kit and i had to spend lots of time with a hot air gun molding it to get it to fit. The trick with us bigger guys is a lot of test fits and fiddling with the shoulder straps to get it to sit right on us. I'm 6 foot and 120kg.
You will see on the TIE CRL model the shoulder diamonds are about 5 or 6 inches down the front plate and about 2 inches down the back plate. On bigger guys we need to place the diamonds closer to the ends of the plates so our shoulders fit in and it sits right.
Hope this helps. Get back in touch here if you need more help.

I'm a big girl myself and I went with WTF armor. I used a heat gun to slightly heat up the ABS plates for both the bank and cheat armor to flare them out slightly and they sit on me just right. I'd be happy to show you my pictures. I'm shorter than you but wear a 4/5x shirt so that should give you some idea about my size.
